Job Title: Renal Research Nurse Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Renal Research Nurse. The successful candidate will work closely with our renal clinical teams to audit and enrich rare kidney disease data in the Registry of Rare Kidney Diseases (RaDaR). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the field of kidney research and work with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities
The key duties of this role include:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop an early understanding of the relevant rare disease datasets held in the RaDaR registry and the C3G and IC-MPGN study.
- Establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders in each assigned Centre to develop an agreed plan for accessing relevant medical records and biopsy reports.
- Conducting audits of the data to establish data gaps and inaccuracies, and working with the RaDaR senior data manager to enrich the data.
- Providing regular reports and updates to the senior project manager, Rare Disease Groups, and to RaDaR Chairs.
About You
We are looking for someone with a flexible and highly motivated attitude who is able to use their initiative and be innovative. You should have an interest and understanding of data and renal terminology, and proven IT skills and competence in data management.
