Key Responsibilities- To contribute to the delivery of patient care programs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- To provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis or renal home-based therapy, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
- To practice in accordance with Trust standards and statutory requirements, operating within the boundaries of the role and assessed competencies.
