About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Renal Department as a Healthcare Assistant Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist peritoneal dialysis care to patients in their homes, working as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the delivery of patient care programs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • To provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis or renal home-based therapy, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
  • To practice in accordance with Trust standards and statutory requirements, operating within the boundaries of the role and assessed competencies.
