Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving profit targets while ensuring that our sales processes are followed and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute and Manage Sales Leads: You will be responsible for distributing and managing sales leads to ensure that our sales team is equipped to meet their targets.
- Meet Customers at the Negotiation Stage: You will meet customers at the negotiation stage of the sales process to ensure that our sales team is equipped to close deals.
- Produce Finance Quotes and Proposals: You will produce finance quotes and proposals to assist our sales team in closing deals.
- Part-Exchange Appraisals and Valuations: You will conduct part-exchange appraisals and valuations to ensure that our sales team is equipped to make informed decisions.
- Assist the Sales Team: You will assist our sales team in closing deals and ensuring that our sales processes are followed.
- Review Sales Team Activity: You will review sales team activity to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team.
- Mentor and Develop the Sales Team: You will mentor and develop our sales team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to meet their targets.
- Analyze Current Procedures: You will analyze current procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Assist the Management Team: You will assist our management team in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in the vehicle sales environment, excellent customer communication skills, and a strong understanding of finance suppliers and packages. You will also need to have excellent negotiation skills and a full and valid driving license.
