About the Role

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Transaction Manager / Business Manager to join their well-established team at a state-of-the-art facility.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-run and respected Dealer Group with a large portfolio of Prestige Car Brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives.
    • Resource the sales team appropriately on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
  • Compliance and Customer Experience
    • Maintain good relationships with Brand partners.
    • Ensure that compliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturer's standards within the Sales Department.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Encourage the sales team to review processes to ensure they are working in the most efficient way.
    • Be receptive to new ways of doing things and actively encourage the sales team to try out new ideas.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, sales funnel to maximize sales revenue.
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • The ability to work well on your own and within the Sales Team.
  • High motivation levels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • A full driving license.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends.
Benefits
  • Circa 36k basic plus bonus (OTE 66k).
  • Company Car.
  • Monday to Friday with one day off in the week. Working 08:30 - 18:00 with one hour lunch. One in three Sundays 10:00 - 16:00.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holiday.
