Finance Operations Associate

At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we are currently seeking a Finance Operations Associate to join our team.

The role of Finance Operations Associate encompasses the following responsibilities:

Reconciling purchase invoices with received orders using our DB Capture software. Collaborating with various departments to address any pricing inquiries or discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices. Conducting supplier statement reconciliations as necessary. Working collaboratively with other finance team members and departments to deliver a professional and supportive service to all suppliers and colleagues. Timely escalation of issues, ensuring that significant information is communicated regularly to relevant departments and individuals. Fostering strong relationships with suppliers, delivering exceptional customer service, and addressing any queries or concerns related to account matters. Proposing enhancements for system improvements to facilitate more efficient processes. Performing general finance housekeeping tasks.

Key skills required for Finance Operations Associate:

Experience in finance or accounts administration. Strong communication skills across all levels. Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks. Attention to detail is essential, with the ability to meet daily deadlines. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Sage or similar software.
