What We're Looking For

We seek a driven Account Director to spearhead strategic partnerships with our most prominent clients and social platforms. Reporting to the Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding client relationships across EMEA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies for key accounts, aligning with their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, from ideation to delivery and performance measurement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation within the influencer marketing landscape.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or partnership development within the digital marketing industry, with a strong focus on influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
