As the Strategic Partnerships Lead, your primary focus will be on fostering growth by establishing new alliances across diverse sectors, pinpointing suitable brands and retailers, and negotiating optimal rates and offers for our members. You will assume full responsibility for your partnerships, ensuring that all client and member expectations are met while concentrating on boosting engagement both online and offline. It is essential that the organization maintains a comprehensive understanding of your partnerships and identifies additional revenue streams, such as commission opportunities.
Your passion for securing exceptional offers and benefits will be instrumental in consistently enhancing our core service offerings. Staying informed about current market trends and competitor activities will ensure that our members benefit from unique and exciting partnerships that are truly market-leading. You should be eager to expand your knowledge in alignment with Ten's growth areas and the needs of our corporate clients.
Innovation and creativity will be key as you proactively identify new ideas and suppliers, playing a vital role in shaping our Global Retail Offers Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for the partnerships and agreements you establish, ensuring that offers are competitive and events are distinctive and engaging, while securing commission agreements where appropriate.
- Maintain relationships with partners throughout the offer duration to nurture sustainable relationships for future growth, repeating successful collaborations.
- Evaluate the performance of partnered suppliers to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality service, driving improvements in member satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze redemption rates, data analytics, and demand for brands or services to ensure alignment with member interests, making strategic adjustments based on this understanding.
- Collaborate closely with the Content and Marketing teams to maximize exposure for all offers and events to our members.
- Stay vigilant regarding competitors and their offerings to ensure we remain ahead in the marketplace.
- Adhere to best practices and maintain awareness of industry standards.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for engaging partners, ensuring a consistent approach to sourcing and methodology.
- Enhance team efficiency by continuously refining processes, sharing successes, and implementing lessons learned from other teams or regions.
- Propose and execute new strategies, campaigns, and processes to drive growth for new and existing clients, positively impacting member satisfaction and corporate revenue.
- Contribute to the broader strategic objectives of the global team or regional initiatives with support from senior leadership.
- Manage your workload effectively to meet client requirements and internal deadlines.
- Foster a culture of success, professionalism, and mutual support within the team.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Regional Business Development Managers on client-related matters, supporting new business proposals.
- Be prepared to lead, maintain, and support established client relationships.
