The Customer Acquisition Marketing Lead will be instrumental in achieving revenue goals by strategizing, executing, and analyzing customer acquisition initiatives. This position will oversee all regional marketing efforts, including event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers through various partnerships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Collaborating with international teams to establish global partnership opportunities.
  • Building local partnerships to improve customer experiences and support acquisition efforts.
  • Enhancing acquisition strategies through collaboration with university partners.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives focused on customer engagement and retention across all locations.
  • Amplifying brand presence through targeted marketing activities.
  • Managing customer communication throughout their journey, from initial booking to departure.
  • Optimizing online and on-site customer experiences through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Gaining insights into local market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Acting as a marketing consultant to regional and operational management teams.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and retention through effective partnership strategies.
  • Experience in identifying and onboarding new partners, with a focus on rigorous selection processes.
  • Ability to maximize the effectiveness of existing partnerships through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the complete marketing mix and its application throughout the customer journey.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing and optimizing marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with email marketing and customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Commercially savvy, with a solid understanding of data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing environments and digital engagement strategies.
