About the Role

Are you a marketing innovator? A digital marketing expert? The Automobile Association is looking for you.

We are in search of a seasoned marketer to oversee all facets of new customer acquisition on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role encompasses strategy formulation, execution, and collaboration with both internal and external teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement acquisition strategies to fulfill business objectives.
  • Work alongside internal teams and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and acquisition metrics.
  • Lead forecasting and reconciliation efforts for customer acquisition.
  • Direct the creative development of marketing assets and content, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
  • Contribute to the product development roadmap, aligning with business priorities.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in B2C digital marketing acquisition within a growth-oriented business environment, such as corporate ventures or startups.
  • Strong experience with media agencies is essential, focusing on client-side marketing.
  • Proven track record in media planning and strategy across various digital platforms, with a specialization in paid social media.
  • Robust data-driven strategy skills and a strong analytical mindset focused on analysis, experimentation, and testing.
  • Demonstrated line management capabilities, along with experience in managing key relationships both internally and with external partners, including media agencies.
  • Additional experience in public relations, influencer collaborations, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) would be advantageous.
