We're seeking a seasoned Performance Lead to drive growth and expansion at Growth & Company, a pioneering digital healthcare firm. As a key member of our team, you'll spearhead high-budget paid media campaigns, develop innovative marketing strategies, and collaborate with creative teams to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Excellence: Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of high-impact marketing strategies, identifying effective levers to drive results.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to generate and iterate on ad concepts, establishing a robust feedback loop to improve ad performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize patient insights, data, and industry trends to inform creative briefs and deliver weekly performance reports to the acquisition team.
  • Best Practice Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of industry best practices, promoting cutting-edge performance marketing methodologies within the company.
  • Creative Ownership: Take ownership of a larger part of the creative process, offering proactive ideas and solutions that deliver measurable results.

About You

  • 7-10 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of running and optimizing high-budget paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience driving significant conversion growth within Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work with creative teams to turn ideas into high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus.
