About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • To develop short-term and long-term demand strategy plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide campaign management, delivery, and KPI reporting to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our product marketing manager, vendor alliance team, and sales practice leads to identify target personas, provide market segmentation, and leverage opportunities and value propositions.
  • Partner with our new business team leader to provide leads, understand sales drivers, sales objections, align on priorities, capitalize on opportunities, provide end-to-end reporting, and accountability.
  • Work with external Web, SEO, PPC, and demand generation agencies to achieve the appropriate marketing reach and pipeline.
  • Analyse performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals, and modify approach as needed, utilizing data and results across all levels of the new business marketing and sales funnel.
  • Leverage our marketing tech stack (Salesforce/Hubspot/Zoominfo/Google/Wordpress) to provide reporting, tracking, and accountability.
  • Grow the team and manage a digital campaign specialist.


Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B Growth Marketing, focusing on early-stage growth.
  • A proven track record of crafting marketing strategies and plans that drive leads that convert to pipeline and revenue.
  • Expertise in managing the B2B lead funnel, from lead MQL to SQL to opportunity to close.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting list and intent tools (Zoominfo, Demandbase, Cognism).
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, messaging, prospect data, content assets mix, timing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • A strategic understanding of lead scoring and data-driven analysis to pull meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and leading/influencing internal content and creative teams.
  • Experience in planning and maintaining campaign budgets and proving value and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills.
