We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Demand Generation Manager to spearhead full-funnel campaign tactics, performance marketing, and demand waterfall initiatives for Stotle Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Scrutinize and experiment with our website's paths to conversion to optimize user experience
  • Deeply understand and effectively report on the impact of owned channels across the full funnel using our CRM
  • Assist the Growth and Sales teams by identifying and implementing new strategies and tactics to achieve better results based on report findings
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Sales teams on Account-Based Marketing initiatives for increased lead generation, conversion, and expansion
  • Develop and execute paid digital campaigns, leveraging expertise in SEO and paid media tactics

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, email marketing tactics, and lead management
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow-up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner
  • Strong copywriting and content development skillset and experience
  • Creative and adaptive, with a data-driven and outcome-focused approach
