Marketing Operations Manager

At Gearset, we're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive our marketing strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise Marketing Performance: Analyse data to uncover what's working and what's not, and use these insights to shape our marketing strategies.
  • Drive Growth with Data-Driven Insights: Build and implement measurement frameworks to give us a clear picture of our marketing performance, and help the team understand what's driving growth.
  • Lead Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing operations strategies that support our overall marketing plan.
  • Resource Allocation and Efficiency: Oversee our marketing budget and resource allocation to ensure we're getting the best possible ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and support broader business objectives.
What You'll Achieve:
  • Improve Marketing Campaign Performance: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality traffic to the website, and continuously analyse campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Optimise Website Performance: Lead efforts to enhance the website's user experience and conversion rates, and implement best practices in CRO to turn visitors into leads and customers.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Regularly analyse and report on key performance metrics related to traffic quality, website performance, and trial success, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive strategies that enhance the overall customer journey and business outcomes.
  • Implement Best Practices and Innovations: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in marketing operations, CRO, and customer experience, and implement best practices and new technologies to continually improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Skilled in utilising major marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of data management and marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Great to Haves:
  • Hands-on experience in revenue operations, integrating sales and marketing strategies in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: £70k-£90k (depending on experience)
