Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Performance Marketing team in London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing profitable relationships with key accounts and new business.

Your primary focus will be on leading and coaching a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to deliver revenue growth
  • Leading and coaching a team to develop and maintain profitable relationships
  • Preparing and presenting accurate sales forecasts
  • Monitoring team activity and tracking results

You will report directly to the CEO and be a key contributor to our company's success.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and people management
  • Proven track record of overachievement against revenue and growth goals
  • Ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve shared objectives
  • Experience with digital performance marketing and driving revenue through strategic relationships
  • Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
