About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Account Manager to join our team at Hello Earth | B Corp™ Performance Marketing Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts and delivering exceptional results through strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring effective communication and meeting their marketing objectives.
  • Paid Media Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and deliver paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms.
  • Creative Performance Review: Analyze creative performance data to develop creative briefs for the design team, ensuring best-in-class content and creative for Paid Media campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (paid media specialists, creative, content) to ensure campaigns are executed according to client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with the business development team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, planning and delivering paid media campaigns for e-commerce / DTC brands.
  • Knowledge of Meta & Google Advertising to a level where you feel comfortable talking about these platforms with clients and accessing Ads Manager to source data and insights for reporting purposes.
  • Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and level.
