About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paid Search Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency, a leading global performance and brand marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the activation of state-of-the-art paid search campaigns across our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance and meet client KPIs across large-scale paid search campaigns
  • Analyse and recommend data-driven strategies to optimise campaign performance
  • Implement best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached
  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends and insights to maximise performance efficiency
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, including regular reporting on account performance and strategy ideas
  • Develop and execute tests to improve campaign performance
  • Support the development of new strategies to drive performance and growth of accounts
  • Manage campaign expenses and stay on budget
  • Assist with the onboarding of accounts, new account audits, and client pitches to support business growth
Requirements
  • Experience with YouTube, Discovery, Pmax, and Smart Shopping
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising/Media, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills
  • Well-organised and flexible, with the ability to move from project to project without delay
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning
