As a key member of the Operational Leadership team at Techniche, you will drive growth outcomes for our innovative companies, Techniche EV, Statseeker, and Urgent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, including lead generation and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, to drive business expansion.
  • Design and deliver solution-based marketing and demand generation campaigns to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Represent the marketing team to the business, elevating the profile of marketing by having a clear vision and understanding of its value.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Track and analyze key metrics, including number of leads generated, conversion rate increase, repeat purchases, customer retention rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and customer value proposition (CVP).
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates and conversion rates.
Optimize Marketing Campaigns:
  • Partner with businesses or influencers to amplify brand reach and drive mutually beneficial growth.
  • Measure partnership performance indicators such as referral traffic and partnership ROI to ensure maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing SaaS solutions in the key stages of growth, with a focus on international marketing.
  • Ability to clearly articulate marketing outcomes in a monetized way, demonstrating a deep understanding of business metrics.
  • Previous experience in CMMS, Network Management, or Electric Vehicle/EV charging is highly desirable.
