Marketing Assistant / Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant / Executive to join our team at Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience building and selection, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Produce high-quality campaign assets, including email templates, landing pages, display advertising banners, and social media creatives.
  • Work closely with affiliate partners to ensure accurate and regularly updated product information.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is trackable and provide regular, accurate reporting on marketing performance, channel activity, and lead/customer engagement.
  • Report back to key business stakeholders on the success of marketing activities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to forge a career in international marketing. As a Marketing Assistant / Executive, you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels. You will work closely with our marketing technology team to create automated programs that nurture and engage audiences.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 6 months+ experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans, adhering to strict deadlines and within an agreed budget.
  • Ideally experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM, and CMS.
  • Ability to write compelling and relevant marketing copy.
  • Knowledge of managing integrated campaigns and building reports.
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
  • IT literate, with experience using MS Office, in-house marketing database, in-house web and email packages, and advanced Excel.
