About the Role:

Saul & Partners Executive Search is seeking an experienced Client Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our executive search firm, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and account directors to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of account managers and account directors to ensure best-in-market level of service to key strategic clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for key accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Coordinate and deliver on project-based activity, including publisher recruitment and client onboarding.
  • Ensure consistent monitoring and internal reporting across accounts to drive business performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in affiliate marketing and performance channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the retail or fashion sector.
  • Strong commercial focus with ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to coordinate team projects and deliver results.
  • Desire to control and own projects, with self-motivation to deliver exceptional results for clients and internal teams.
