Position Overview:
Join our esteemed client's expanding technology risk assurance division at the Director level, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of IT Audit within the financial services sector.
This global organization is in search of a seasoned professional who can lead the execution of IT Audit responsibilities for their portfolio of External Audits, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality work while fostering the growth and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing technology-driven audit strategies to effectively mitigate risks.
- Assessing the quality of outputs produced by the team to maintain high audit standards.
- Promoting strong project and financial management practices within the team.
Leadership Role:
Lead a team engaged in various IT audit projects, collaborating with the audit team to strategically allocate resources, define audit scopes, and develop project plans essential for fulfilling External Audit obligations. Partnering with senior leadership to achieve high-quality benchmarks will be critical to your success in this role.

Innovation and Development:
Contribute to the development of methodologies and guidelines for internal use. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist in business development efforts, leading proposals and tender processes, engaging with potential clients, drafting proposals, preparing bid documents, and cultivating strong internal networks and relationships.
Act as a representative of the firm, participate in marketing initiatives, stay informed about the diverse range of services offered, and propose innovative products and services. Continuously share the latest technological insights with the leadership community, clients, and teams.
IT General Controls & Business Process Control Activities:
- Integrating Controls testing and Data Analytics into the external audit framework.
- Evaluating the financial audit implications of IT risks and control deficiencies.
- Managing cyber risks and ensuring business resilience.
- Assessing risks and controls associated with IT system implementations.
- Conducting IT Governance and IT Compliance Reviews.
- Reviewing Privacy Policies.
