Job Summary

State Street is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the transformation of its Technology estate at a global level. As the Head of Technology Controls Assurance Program, Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for implementing a revamped controls assurance program to ensure adherence to standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive controls assurance program to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with CIO's direct reports and other stakeholders to create a robust understanding of the current state, identify gaps, and enhance risk management practices.
  • Strategically implement the Cyber Assurance Program within the Technology organization, ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer-centricity.
  • Lead a team of professionals to assess processes in the GTS environment, identify process gaps, and establish remediation actions.
  • Work closely with Technology Risk and Regulatory Programs to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with Controls Testing, Design, and Automation to ensure seamless integration and effective risk mitigation.
  • Manage diverse stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and third-party relationships, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management in global organizations, with a focus on technology and risk management.
  • Proven track record of driving transformation programs and managing cross-border teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in program management and business analysis practices.
  • Experience in change management and regulatory landscape, with a deep understanding of risk and regulatory aspects in a global bank.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing large-scale programs and driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range

$225,000 - $337,500 Annual

Salary may vary based on location.
