This mid-sized organization partners with leading institutions in the banking industry, delivering innovative solutions and strategic collaborations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining the technological vision, spearheading innovation, and managing the execution of our technical strategy.

  • Formulate and articulate a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with the overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership to technology and engineering teams.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate a high-achieving engineering workforce.
  • Encourage a cooperative work culture that promotes ongoing professional development.
  • Engage with product and business units to devise innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the entire product development process.
  • Establish and execute a scalable technology framework and architecture.
  • Remain informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective teamwork.

Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience in senior technology leadership positions.

Strong technical expertise and familiarity with agile practices.

Proficient in .NET, .NET CORE, Entity Framework, SQL, Kubernetes, Azure, and Docker.

Experience in financial technology, open banking, or payment systems is advantageous.
