Head of Technology Risk Oversight

The Head of Technology Risk Oversight will be instrumental in safeguarding Aman's technological assets and mitigating potential risks. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the secure and efficient management of technology-related financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic planner with a forward-thinking mindset, adept at navigating financial uncertainties while ensuring adherence to compliance standards and optimizing fiscal strategies.
Establish Banking Relationships:
Facilitate the establishment of banking relationships as required across various entities. Ensure that all banking operations comply with applicable regulations and align with Aman's overarching financial objectives.
Supervise Account Access:
Manage account access rights, ensuring proper governance and security of financial resources. Develop and uphold a comprehensive system for monitoring and controlling account access throughout the organization.
Liquidity Management:
Strategically invest available liquidity in accordance with financial needs and performance targets, enhancing the organization's fiscal health. Formulate and execute investment strategies that align risk with return, in support of Aman's financial aspirations.
Foreign Exchange Oversight:
Proactively manage and assess foreign exchange exposure to mitigate risks and leverage market opportunities. Create strategies to hedge against currency fluctuations and optimize international transactions.
Implement robust policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Fiscal Efficiency:
Collaborate closely with the internal tax team to enhance fiscal efficiency, including the management of all financial distributions, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations while identifying avenues for potential savings.
Demonstrated experience in a senior financial management capacity, ideally within the hospitality sector.Profound knowledge of international banking frameworks, investment methodologies, and currency risk management.
Exceptional analytical and strategic development capabilities.
An advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CTP or CFA are advantageous.
