Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership: Work closely with our Business Director to develop and refine our approach to client services, ensuring we deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Account Management: Act as senior client counsel on two to three key clients, providing hands-on support to ensure their accounts are thriving and growing.
- Project Execution: Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and align expectations with junior team members through regular catch-ups and account/project management meetings.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key escalation point for clients and your team.
- Culture and Operations: Contribute to our positive and open agency culture, inputting on operations and implementing new processes and structures where needed.
- New Business: Support on and sometimes lead on new business pitches, delivering excellent and creative solutions to briefs with the support of our Strategy and Creative teams.
- Team Management: Line manage junior Client Services team members with opportunities to develop into senior leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience in agency client services, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients while building effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in account leadership, financial acumen, creative judgment, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- A team player who is passionate about mentoring and helping team members excel in their roles.
