Velo Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced Performance Account Director to lead a portfolio of key paid social and PPC accounts. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for driving ROI and new customer growth for our clients.

This role demands a strategic mindset with a proven track record in performance marketing. You will build strong relationships with clients, manage account budgets, and deliver exceptional results through data-driven strategies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of 3-5 high-value paid social and PPC accounts, focusing on maximizing ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-informed adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve shared objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with budgets exceeding £50,000 per month.
  • A demonstrable history of delivering exceptional commercial results for clients in the digital advertising space.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
