About the Role

Harnham is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance Director in initiating and developing digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and reporting to ensure the team is constantly aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and nurture a team of junior performance marketing executives to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Manage multi-channel projects, leading the strategy and team to work to deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Strong digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in PPC, social, display, and SEO.
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
