Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Utilize data-driven marketing tactics to attract and convert leads from targeted institutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handover.
  • Manage the customer data infrastructure across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyse campaign performance, revenue attribution, and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Good knowledge of digital ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimisation tools, and content management systems.
  • Paid Social experience - LinkedIn Ads ideally.
  • Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
