Role Overview

As the International Customer Acquisition and Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the demand generation and customer marketing strategies for key markets, including the UK and Australia. Your role will involve:

  • Campaign Development: Spearheading the ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns tailored for the UK and Australia, while collaborating with the US team to adapt and enhance global campaigns.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Leading the strategy and execution of ABM initiatives and winback campaigns aimed at both prospects and existing customers.
  • Content Creation: Producing engaging copy for various marketing channels, including guides, webinars, emails, and advertisements.
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimizing programs, and achieving quarterly marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Operations Support: Assisting in marketing operations tasks such as lead auditing, Salesforce reporting, and CRM management.
  • Collaboration with Performance Marketing: Working closely with the performance marketing team to develop region-specific advertising creatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B or digital marketing, focusing on growth, acquisition, and customer marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing demand generation campaigns, including project management, cross-functional collaboration, and content creation.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, nurturing strategies, and segmentation, with a preference for Hubspot familiarity.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including report/dashboard creation and understanding of account/contact/lead fields.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • A comfort with ambiguity and a creative mindset to navigate challenges.
  • Previous experience in a technology startup environment is advantageous.
