Role Overview
As the International Customer Acquisition and Marketing Lead, you will take charge of the demand generation and customer marketing initiatives specifically tailored for the UK and Australia markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns while collaborating with the US team to adapt and enhance these initiatives for local relevance.
- Overseeing the sales and customer success enablement processes, which involves crafting effective enablement materials and refining existing content repositories.
- Implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and win-back campaigns targeting both potential clients and existing customers.
- Creating compelling copy for various marketing materials, including guides, webinars, emails, and advertisements.
- Regularly monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with quarterly objectives and optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Supporting marketing operations by conducting lead audits, generating Salesforce reports, and managing CRM systems.
- Collaborating with performance marketing teams to develop localized advertising creatives.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on growth, acquisition, and customer marketing.
- Proven track record in managing demand generation campaigns, encompassing ideation, project management, cross-functional collaboration, content creation, execution, promotion, and analysis.
- Experience in email marketing, nurturing campaigns, and segmentation, with a preference for candidates familiar with Hubspot.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including report/dashboard creation and understanding of account/contact/lead fields and their integration with other systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrating ownership and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude towards collaboration.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating creativity in problem-solving.
- Experience in a technology startup environment is advantageous.
