We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team at Amazon Business. As a key member of our WW Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive growth and acquisition of high-value customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Customer Acquisition Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive strategy to recruit and manage high-value customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Product Innovation and Value Proposition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the value proposition for resellers and small market customers, driving product innovation and customer engagement.
  3. Marketing and Sales Planning: Develop and execute actionable marketing and sales plans to drive acquisition and spend, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  4. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Attend events and trade-fairs to meet key customers in person, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
  5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with a diverse set of Amazon teams, including Technology, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Customer Service, to deliver on shared goals and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Analytical Skills: Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis and driving business decisions.
  2. Marketing Program Development: Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  3. Leadership and Communication: Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership, as well as leading go-to-market efforts for consumer software or hardware product launches.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  5. Project Management: Experience leading the execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals.
