About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Acquisition and Growth to join our passionate and talented marketing team at Craft Gin Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including digital and offline platforms.
  • Lead the charge in identifying and launching performance and brand activity to attract new customers and drive business growth.
  • Manage a small team to lead and support the development of customer acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Own and manage the acquisition budget to ensure wise investment and optimal return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing brand-to-brand, network, and affiliate partners to nurture those relationships and deliver repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging channels and new partnership opportunities to unearth new sources of customers for the business.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure we're capitalising on site visits and engaging and converting a decent percentage of prospects.
  • Own the execution and launch of deals, from contract negotiation to briefing in assets and scheduling.
  • Live and breathe the results to keep the wider business up-to-date with performance.
  • Coach and line-manage your team to ensure the pipeline is well-managed, the activity is flowing, and we're continually learning and iterating.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a D2C Acquisition team for a comparable ecommerce brand.
  • Several years' partnerships/sales/account management experience.
  • Ability to negotiate and build best-in-class relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Experience in both digital and offline performance channels.
  • Commercially savvy and experienced in forecasting and crafting deals that payback.
  • Confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Analytically minded to ensure we're investing our spend wisely.
  • Resilient and creative when things don't go according to plan.
