ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Office Facilities Coordinator include:

  • Managing daily mailroom operations
  • Assisting with the arrangement of office and meeting spaces
  • Providing hospitality support
  • Responding to internal client requests regarding supplies and miscellaneous needs
  • Offering reprographics assistance to various departments as needed
  • Coordinating the procurement of office supplies, lighting, and consumables
  • Addressing and investigating reported issues or malfunctions
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair services as necessary
  • Monitoring cleaning standards and liaising with service providers regarding any concerns
  • Supporting the Facilities Supervisor in sourcing general services for all locations
  • Acting as a representative in negotiations for new contracts
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of office relocations within established timelines
  • Overseeing storeroom management, waste/recycling control, and kitchen upkeep
