ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing daily mail room operations
- Supporting the setup of offices and meeting spaces
- Assisting with hospitality services
- Providing assistance to internal clients with stationery and various requests
- Delivering reprographics support across departments as needed
- Ordering supplies including stationery and consumables
- Addressing and responding to reports of equipment malfunctions
- Coordinating maintenance and repair services as necessary
- Ensuring high cleaning standards and liaising with service providers when issues arise
- Supporting the Facilities Supervisor in sourcing general services for all locations
- Acting as a representative in negotiating new contracts
- Assisting in the planning and execution of office relocations within set timelines
- Overseeing storeroom management, waste/recycling control, and kitchen upkeep
