As an Office Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing the reception area and delivering vital support to the broader organization.
In collaboration with the Facilities Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of daily activities and uphold a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in general office coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Handling and directing reception inquiries, relaying messages as needed
- Serving as the primary contact for travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and other spaces
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
- Assisting the Facilities Manager in overseeing all office locations
- Acting as a contact point for health and safety, fire, and first aid matters
- Contributing to the organization of company events
