The Role: Brand & Digital Consultant

As a Brand & Digital Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employer brand and attracting top talent for our clients. You'll develop and implement cutting-edge talent marketing strategies that enhance the quality of hire, ignite employee performance, and maximize the value of our clients' employer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercially effective talent brand, digital, and communications solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Leverage market and talent intelligence to inform highly targeted talent marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project briefs and own the development and deployment of impactful solutions.
  • Manage diverse Brand & Digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Measure and optimize ROI for all projects, demonstrating tangible results.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support business development opportunities, including multi-national RPO deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing within RPO, In-House, or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of talent marketing principles and at least one key area: EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, or recruitment marketing technology.
  • Ability to translate best practices into practical and effective solutions and products.

Location: This position can be performed remotely anywhere in the UK. English language fluency is essential.
