Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand & Digital Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Global Brand, Digital and Communications Practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent brand, attraction, and engagement solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop commercially effective talent brand, digital, and communications solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Use market and talent intelligence to inform highly targeted talent marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with clients to develop briefs, own the development and deployment of solutions, and manage various brand and digital projects to deliver on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Measure and maximize ROI on all projects to ensure business impact.
  • Service delivery, management, and governance to support business development opportunities and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred) or high school diploma/equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency) is required.
  • Strong understanding of talent marketing, including EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, and recruitment marketing technology.
  • Ability to translate best practice into relevant, practical, and effective solutions and products.
