The Role: Brand & Digital Consultant

As a Brand & Digital Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' employer brands and driving impactful talent acquisition strategies. You'll leverage your expertise to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize the value of our clients' employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercially sound talent brand, digital, and communications strategies for clients.
  • Utilize market and talent intelligence to inform highly targeted talent marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project briefs and own the development and deployment of tailored solutions.
  • Manage diverse Brand & Digital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Measure and optimize ROI for all projects, demonstrating tangible business value.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support business development opportunities, including multinational RPO deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing within RPO, In-House, or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of talent marketing principles, including EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, and recruitment marketing technology.
  • Ability to translate best practices into practical and effective solutions and products.

Fluent English language skills are essential for this role.
