**Brand Partnerships Manager** at SUMO Talent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our talent management agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, identifying new partnership opportunities, and executing campaigns that align with our talent's strengths and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Partnerships: Research and identify potential brand partners that align with our agency's talent profiles and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with brand representatives, agencies, and other key stakeholders to secure partnership opportunities.
  • Execute Campaigns: Oversee the execution of brand partnership campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and feedback to optimize future partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the brand partnership space to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners and assess partnership viability, ensuring alignment with our agency's goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, contracts, and campaign details to ensure compliance and transparency.

Requirements:
