Brand Partnerships Manager - Talent Agency


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key business stakeholders, securing strategic partnership opportunities, and managing campaigns that align with our talent's strengths and business objectives. Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will be essential in driving successful collaborations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business partnership opportunities that align with our agency's talent profiles and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business representatives, agencies, and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee the execution of business partnership campaigns from inception to completion
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and feedback to optimize future partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring exceptional service and communication
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the business partnership space
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business partners and assess partnership viability
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, contracts, and campaign details


Requirements:

  • Experience in business partnerships within the talent management industry
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing business partnerships
  • Strong understanding of business development, marketing strategies, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities
