About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Agent to join our team at SUMO Talent. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships for our talent roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Partnership Opportunities: Utilize your industry expertise to identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities for our talent, aligning with their personal brands and audience demographics.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead Negotiations: Lead negotiations for partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the talent and the agency while maximizing revenue and exposure.
  • Develop Partnership Strategies: Collaborate with talent managers and creators to develop brand partnership strategies that align with their career goals and brand identity.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential brand partners, and new monetization opportunities within the digital and influencer space.
  • Oversee Partnership Execution: Oversee the execution of brand partnerships, from contract signing to campaign completion, ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns are successful.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within a talent agency or digital media company.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities.
