Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team at SUMO Talent. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, securing partnership opportunities, and managing campaigns that align with our talent's strengths and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Partnership Opportunities: Utilize your industry knowledge and network to identify potential brand partners and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with our agency's objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Oversee Campaign Execution: Work closely with our team to oversee the execution of brand partnership campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal results.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and feedback to optimize future partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the brand partnership space to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners and assess partnership viability, ensuring alignment with our agency's objectives.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, contracts, and campaign details to ensure compliance and seamless partnership management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Brand Partnerships: Proven experience in brand partnerships within the talent management industry, with a strong track record of successfully securing and managing brand partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends, with a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for the talent industry and a drive to succeed.
