Brand Partnerships Manager

At Acast, we're revolutionizing the podcast industry by creating a global marketplace that connects creators, advertisers, and listeners. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll play a crucial role in activating commercial partnership campaigns within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Activation: Collaborate with the Director of Brand Partnerships to oversee the feasibility of plans, timelines, and costings for brand partnership campaigns. Provide input on amendments needed to ensure optimal campaign output.
  • Paid Social: Support the development of frameworks, ways of working, and processes for implementing paid social campaigns. Take the lead on planning, strategy, execution, and analysis of paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Project Management: Manage campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the Director to review progress in line with business objectives.
  • Mentorship and Upskilling: Opportunities for mentorship and upskilling of less experienced team members. Oversee the creation of relevant case studies for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project/client management
  • Solid background working with paid Ads Managers (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Good understanding of all social channels
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
