Brand Partnerships Manager

At Acast, we're revolutionizing the podcast industry by creating a global marketplace that connects creators, advertisers, and listeners. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll play a crucial role in activating commercial partnership campaigns in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Activation: Collaborate with the Director of Brand Partnerships to oversee the feasibility of plans, timelines, and costings for brand partnership campaigns. Provide input on amendments to ensure optimal campaign output.
  • Paid Social: Develop frameworks and processes for implementing paid social campaigns, taking the lead on planning, strategy, execution, and analysis. Manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and hit targets on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Team Support: Offer mentorship and upskilling opportunities to less experienced team members, overseeing the creation of relevant case studies and supporting AdHoc tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project/client management
  • A solid background working with paid Ads Managers (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Good understanding of all social channels
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
