Key Responsibilities

The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with brands to drive business growth and revenue for SUMO Talent.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands that align with SUMO Talent's talent profiles and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and feedback to optimize future partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the brand partnership space.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners and assess partnership viability.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, contracts, and campaign details.


Requirements

  • Experience in brand partnerships within the talent management industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
