Job Title: Sports Talent Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a leading entertainment and sports agency seeking an Assistant to join their Sports Talent Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Sports Agents, conduct research, prepare presentations, and connect with prospective brand partners to establish servicing clients of our Sports Talent Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover and research new business leads by contacting brands and analyzing market trends.
  • Conduct general market research and analysis on clients, industries, brands, contacts, territories, and legislation.
  • Prospect new business opportunities and create preparation materials for new business meetings.
  • Develop and deliver new business pitch presentations and client meeting update reports.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • General understanding of the commercial sports industry and the nature of a talent agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Ability to develop business relationships at all levels.
  • Previous experience in related fields is desirable.
