About SUMO Talent
SUMO Talent is a leading talent agency representing top-tier TV personalities and high-profile social media influencers. We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to provide crucial support to our talent management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to talent managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports
- Act as a liaison between talent, management, and external stakeholders (brands, networks, PR agencies, etc.), ensuring timely and professional communication
- Assist in the coordination of appearances, shoots, interviews, auditions, and other professional engagements for TV talent and influencers
- Help track and organize contracts, deal memos, and related paperwork, ensuring all agreements are signed and processed efficiently
- Assist in monitoring clients' digital and social media presence, providing insight into follower growth, engagement metrics, and potential partnership opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of events, including press tours, red carpets, influencer meet-ups, and branded activations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a talent agency or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong interest in TV, entertainment, and the evolving digital landscape, with a desire to learn and grow in talent management
