KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is dynamic and offers a variety of developmental opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing processes from initiation to completion. Typical responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the recruitment team in managing the logistics of the hiring process.
  • Coordinating with external recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to arrange interviews.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Supporting the sourcing of candidates for various positions and reviewing CVs as needed.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this position, candidates should possess experience in a similar recruitment coordination role, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and manage multiple requests effectively.

Essential qualifications include:
  • Strong academic background, with a degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within recruitment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • A focus on service excellence.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 (dependent on experience), along with a discretionary bonus.
