About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at AlphaSights. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing candidate communications, coordinating campus recruitment efforts, and assisting with candidate assessment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process from application to hire.
  • Support campus recruitment planning efforts, including developing creative and innovative strategies to identify and engage candidates.
  • Screen resumes, application materials, and conduct interviews to find the next generation of Client Service talent.
  • Master the fundamentals of high-volume recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, processing reimbursements, and sending offer letters.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to support every step of the recruiting process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
  • 0-1 years of work experience, ideally with a demonstrated interest or background in recruitment or human capital.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and native-level proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, or any Nordic language is preferable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment.
