Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will facilitate the global hiring initiatives through effective data management, interview scheduling, sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement in a dynamic environment.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating interviews
  • Efficiently manage the candidate pipeline
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance in tracking systems
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events
  • Promptly address recruitment-related inquiries
  • Coordinate administrative responsibilities associated with recruitment
  • Timely monitor and respond to employee concerns

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in high-paced environments
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software
  • Knowledge of social media and local job boards for recruitment purposes
