ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting our Talent Partners and the broader People Team during a dynamic growth phase at Carwow Group. Your contributions will be vital in streamlining our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent. You will prioritize delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from the initial job posting to the pre-onboarding phase. Your efforts will help foster strong connections with prospective hires and the community, bolstering our employer brand and supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to advance their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. If you possess the skills and experience outlined, we would be delighted to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, executive assistants, and Talent Partners.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience at various stages of the recruitment process, maintaining a high candidate net promoter score.
  • Manage tasks related to offers and pre-onboarding.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding process.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant job boards.
  • Create documentation and process manuals.
  • Administer hiring materials.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring it is current.
  • Support the systems and technology utilized by the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist Talent Partners by compiling and analyzing recruitment data to drive improvements.
  • Utilize third-party platforms to analyze data, ensuring recruitment objectives are met and processes are optimized.
  • Organize and support job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality administration and coordination.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently while being a key team player.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data to enhance recruitment strategies and achieve goals.
  • Experience with recruitment systems, such as Workable ATS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Step 1: Initial video call with a UK Talent Partner.
  • Step 2: In-person interview with a UK Talent Partner.
  • Step 3: Interview with the Head of Department or Director of People & Talent.
